Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK only, but will be expanding our delivery locations soon! Sign up to our news letter or contact us on info@reedesigned.co.uk to find out when we will be delivering to your location.
When will I get my order?
UK deliveries arrive in 3-5 business days

Is Broo dishwasher safe?
The glass components, so Brew Chamber and Collection Chamber are dishwasher safe. However we do not advise putting any other parts in the dishwasher. The cork lid should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth and all other components can be hand washed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping is free to the UK mainland on orders over £50.
Can Broo be used for coffee?
Yes! For the best results, we recommend using a paper filter in addition to the reusable filter Broo comes with, as ground coffee is more fine that loose leafe tea.
Do I have to use loose leaf tea in Broo?
No, you can use teabags in your Broo. We just recommend loose leaf tea so the leaves have more room to infuse in the brew chamber.
