2. Our Products

We design, manufacture and sell premium houseware products, specialising in tea and coffee products and related accessories.

We make every effort to ensure that:

• Product descriptions are accurate.
• Photographs represent our products fairly.
• Measurements and capacities are correct.

However:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.
• Components made from natural materials, such as cork, will change and develop patina in use. This is considered normal and does not affect the functionality of the product.
• Product dimensions and capacities may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• Packaging and presentation may occasionally differ from photographs.

Where products are handmade or manufactured using specialist materials, minor variations that do not affect the product's quality, functionality or performance may occur and are not necessarily defects.

3. Product Safety and Care

If a parcel is returned to us because incorrect delivery information was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Your Right to Cancel

You must notify us within the cancellation period and return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision.

Returned goods should be:

• Returned in their original packaging where possible.

Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

If you cancel your order in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery option.

We take great care in designing and producing our products, and we want you to enjoy using them for years to come. If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or, where applicable, receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods following cancellation.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will meet any return costs that we are legally required to cover.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can help resolve the issue.

If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and when the fault arises.

In particular, you may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, subject to applicable law.
